E-Government Services
My team and I work hard to deliver digital government services to residents of Oregon. We are currently working on modernizing several services and are improving the accessibility of state websites. We are also working to expand our offerings to local government organizations. If you've visited a website for the State of Oregon, or paid for a state-offered license or service, you likely have used on of our products.
New Product Introductions
At General Electric I led project teams to develop and deliver new products, many of which were ahead of their time. Our teams created one of the first smart-home eco-dashboards, worked on the problem of international cargo security, delivered one of the first insurance telematics solutions, and more. In between I led hundreds of implementation projects to install products and services for our clients.
Family Business 360
While at the College of Business at Oregon State University, I worked with a great team to develop and deliver a new education series designed for multigenerational family businesses. We tackled tough topics like family conflict and succession planning, and created an inviting forum where families could hear directly from subject matter experts, and more important, hear from each other.

The Kitchen Counter Podcast
In 2014 I launched a passion project; to produce an independent podcast about home cooking. The Kitchen Counter Podcast lasted 9 years and produced 231 episodes. During that time I was fortunate that the show was recognized as a top cooking podcast by media outlets including MSNBC, Food Network Canada, Allrecipes, Chowhound, and more. I was proud to collaborate with the Southern Food and Beverage Museum. Not to mention I was able to interview some of the big names in the food business, including Mark Bittman, Andrew Zimmern, Margaux Laskey, and Jeff Mauro, to name a few. The show has been download over 1.5 million times and counting!
But that's not all!
These are only a small sample of some of the projects I've worked on. Over the years I've worked to make sure your low-income neighbors were able to stay warm and keep their lights on during winter. I've worked on products to help protect some of your favorite brands from all over the world. I've helped real estate agents sell you the home of your dreams, and I've helped auto dealerships keep you moving along. I'd love to tell you about them all!
